All of the 3 sites on offer, in this the first
stage of the development, have uninterrupted sea, river and pastoral views.
They also all have North-east views that take full advantage of the of
the sweeping East Cape coastline, as well as offering excellent orientation
for maximum sunshine.
Notes:
- All sites are subject to survey
- Power and phone provided
- Level house platform provided
- Steep slopes will be planted in native shrubs
- No reticulated water supply (water collected off roof in storage tank)
- No sewerage system (own system to be installed to council specifications)
